Program Description

The Hear And Heal SMS program sends webinar and event reminders — including registration confirmations, upcoming start-time reminders, and time-sensitive updates for live events such as Hear And Heal.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the event(s) you register for. You may receive multiple messages around the time of a webinar or event (for example, a confirmation and one or more reminders as the date approaches).

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You opt in by checking the consent checkbox on our signup or checkout form and providing your mobile number.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
